The price of rice

Year 2008 the price of rice was about 7.000VND ( per kilogram)
An approximation the the rice in year 2009 was 8.500VND ( per kilogram)
Then in 2010 the price of rice changed to 10.000VND ( per kilogram)
Today the price increased dramatically, it is now 12.000VND ( per kilogram)

There are three major reasons why the rice increased it's value:
1. The value of fertilizer increased, also increasing the price of the rice
2. The population is growing more and more people need rice
3. Global warming, it dries rice stocks and kills the rice and wheat, decreasing the amount of production.

These are the three main reasons to the increase of the price of rice.

Immigration and and migration

My pictures are about a group of Christians that have changed a village's way of life:

These people are from a small village name Bu Ha belongs to Binh Phuoc Province, near the border of Buon Me Thuoc. Their lives were miserable, they have lost all hope due to floods. But then a group of sisters and the father created a charity corp. Everything that is donated goes to these villagers. They also brought their faith or religion towards this village and gave them hope and a better life and a stronger reason to live.

My Hydrologic Cycle Poem

Once a upon a time
There was a teacher who showed me how to rhyme
His name is Mr. Blake
And his student can’t rap for sake
So he ended writing a poem
And stopped playing Texas Hold’em
It was about the hydrologic cycle

I’ll start with Evaporation
It is when water rises up the sun!
But when it gets too dense
It is now condensation
Follow that is when it rains
But if you want to be smart use precipitation
Precipitation is the creation on rain
Then it falls down as small droplets not as big as the size of a train
I ain’t rhyming no more
‘Cause my brain is feeling sore
But when it is done raining
Then all of the remaining is swept down by Surface runoff
And it swims down into an aquifer called Infiltration
And then it goes back into the ocean
To me the water is so sad
Cause all the going around will make it mad
But then without the water going around
Then it is bound to stop life

What I favor the most/least this year in Social Studies

I haven't actually figured out what I will like or dislike but one thing for sure is I will be looking for learning about famous historians such as King Tut and his secrets, or the history of the Christians. That would be something cool. Some thing i really want to learn is Mexican's history, and the cities like Teotihuacan or Tikal. It sounds very interesting to learn about and start using our brains on full scale!

Maybe something i might dislike is presentations I sometimes panic and start saying um and ah. But I don't thing there will be anything specific thing I will hate.

What I did over the summer

Over the summer I have gone to many place such as Nha Trang, and Cambodia and also Binh Chau. I love going to a foreign country and exploring their culture and rich history on how they have changed through the decade. In Cambodia it's very interesting that even a low class merchant can speak at least four languages (English, Khmer language, Vietnamese, and also Chinese). The whole country has become mostly a tourist-country. Cambodia's income is mostly from tourists. The amount of tourists are so many they make more than agriculture or mega factories. But for the other half of the summer I was trying to fix my laptop. i brought my laptop to Vung Tau and fixed it there. I have changed my laptop from a window XP into a Window 7 professional 6 times, and so far it didn't change a bit.

Throughout the summer I also watch many anime, such as Full Metal Alchemist, and Dragon Crisis!, and many others anime. That's pretty it except for the normal things like eat sleep, toilet, inhale, exhale, stop breathing for a second or two, naps, blinking, moving my fingers, moving my body, shaking my head, shaking my leg, playing video games, watching TV, go to Parkson and watch Captain America, and finally getting ready to go to school.
